Level 1
Standard Finish
Our furniture is finished locally in the Carolinas by skilled artisans with an eye for detail. All our colors come in a hard lacquer “furniture finish”. This gives the appearance of a beautiful vintage piece of furniture that will certainly be passed down for generations.

Level 2
Rub-through
All of our solid colors are available to be layered in a rub-through finish. This treatment involves a multi-step process to achieve the desired effect. The furniture is painted with a underlying color and then painted over with a top color. The furniture is then hand-rubbed at the raised edges to reveal the underlying color below. The end result is simply beautiful! Note: First, select top color and then select the bottom color that is visible on the raised surfaces of the wood.

Level 3
Glaze
All our colors are available to be layered in a glazed finish. This treatment involves a multi-step process that gives a slightly darker transparent appearance to the furniture. There is light glaze build-up in the recesses of the piece. The end result is a beautiful vintage/worn appearance.

Stain
We offer two stain options that are also lightly distressed and stained using a multi-step process to highlight the contours of the wood. Upgraded hardwoods are available, but not necessary. The end result is reminiscent of days gone by.

Disclaimer: All attempts to replicate a given finish will be made on all orders – no matter when then come in. We use real hardwoods in making our furniture, and real hardwoods swell and shrink with humidity in the environment… and paint doesn’t. This creates the potential for a tiny separation in wood on certain joints. This is not a reflection of poor craftsmanship, but it is a reflection of quality materials. Dimensions are taken at widest, deepest and highest points. All dimensions are approximate. Pricing is subject to change.
